Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wesson Pizza website and any order you place with Wesson Pizza, 300 Hansen Access Rd, King of Prussia, PA 19406 ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders

When you submit an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. We accept your order once your payment is successfully authorized and you see an order confirmation with an order number. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if we can't deliver to your address, we suspect fraud, or a product is unavailable. If we do, we will fully refund you.

2. Prices and payment

• Every pizza costs $49.99 USD. Delivery is a flat $7.00 USD per order.
• Prices include any applicable fees we list at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that are already confirmed.
• We take payment by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover) through Square, Inc. Your card is charged when you place your order.
• We never store your full card number. Square processes and protects your card data under its own terms and PCI-DSS standards.

3. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give at checkout. You are responsible for making sure the address and phone number are correct and that someone can receive the order. Delivery times are estimates. Please see our Delivery Policy for details.

4. Proof of delivery

To protect you and us, we may keep proof that an order was delivered, such as the time it was delivered, the recipient's name, a photo of the order at the drop-off point, or a signature. We may share these records with our payment processor if a payment is disputed.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy covers cancellations and refunds and forms part of these Terms.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact support@wessonpizza.com before you dispute the charge with your bank. We will work with you to fix it. If you file a chargeback, we may give our payment processor your order records, invoice, communications, and proof of delivery.

7. Allergens and food safety

Our products may contain or come into contact with wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, pork and other allergens. We can't guarantee that any product is free of allergens. Please eat food promptly once it's delivered.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use our website for anything unlawful, to place fraudulent orders, or to interfere with how the site works.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
